The chassis usually combines plastic components with a metal framework, providing necessary structural strength while keeping the overall weight low. The body shell is typically made of ABS or PP engineering plastics, offering both durability and shock-absorbing properties in the event of a collision. Seats are generally designed to be low-profile and are equipped with seatbelts or restraining mechanisms to prevent children from leaning forward or sliding out while the vehicle is in motion.

 

These vehicles usually feature a simple steering wheel or push-button control system; some high-end models include a parental remote control function, allowing for emergency stops or remote operation. The braking system is often linked to the motor controls, ensuring the vehicle automatically slows down and stops when the pedal is released. Additionally, some models incorporate features such as speed limiters, overload protection, and battery over-discharge protection to enhance overall safety and stability during use.
