The manufacturing process for warehouse carts comprises several interconnected stages-including material preparation, structural processing, welding and forming, surface treatment, assembly and adjustment, and final inspection-which collectively ensure the product's structural integrity, operational performance, and aesthetic quality.

Suitable materials-such as steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy-are selected based on design specifications, and profiles, steel pipes, or plates are processed into the required dimensions using cutting equipment. Common processing methods include shearing, stamping, sawing, and laser cutting, ensuring that component dimensions meet assembly requirements.

 

The structural forming stage involves shaping the chassis and key structural components through processes such as bending, punching, and welding. Welding is a core manufacturing process; techniques such as arc welding, CO2 gas-shielded welding, or spot welding are typically employed to securely join components into a stable, integrated frame. Following welding, the seams are ground and finished to enhance structural strength and improve the product's appearance.

 

To enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life, processes such as spraying, electrophoresis, galvanizing, or powder coating are applied. Powder coating is widely used due to its strong adhesion, excellent wear resistance, and environmental friendliness. Stainless steel products may undergo polishing or passivation treatments to further boost their corrosion resistance.

 

Components such as casters, handles, guardrails, and other functional parts are assembled, followed by preliminary testing of steering flexibility, braking performance, and structural stability. Finally, the finished cart undergoes a comprehensive inspection-covering appearance, dimensional accuracy, and load-bearing capacity-to ensure compliance with design standards and operational requirements. Standardized process control effectively enhances the overall quality and reliability of the warehouse carts.
